About the Firm: Republic of Vanuatu Passport
The firm behind this site, how files are handled and who is responsible for them.
Most pages about this passport describe how to obtain one. Rather fewer describe what it actually is: a biometric document issued by a sovereign state under the Citizenship Act [CAP 112].
What we are not
This site starts from the document and the issuing authority — what the booklet contains, who signs it, how it is verified — and only then explains the route open to a foreign applicant.
What you will find here
We are not a government body and not the Citizenship Commission. Where we describe the statute or the issuing office, we name them so the reader can check rather than take our word.
How we check what we publish
Figures on this site come from published government material and from the programme's own documents. Where a number is disputed in the industry — the count of visa-free destinations is the usual example — we give the figure we can support and say what it rests on.
